Employee of the Year 2023

Celebrating Brilliance

Every quarter, we vote for the team member we believe deserves our coveted ‘Employee of the Quarter’ award. And every year, we’re tasked with recognising our ‘Employee of the Year’, the team member who’s consistently shown commitment and dedication to their craft!

In 2023, that award went to Kevin Fahy, a Diecut Machine Operator and Production Team Member. Everyone at Greyhound Box values his participation and contributions to what we do across the board, plus his ability to create a positive work environment.

Thank you, Kevin!

The Next Generation

We Encourage, Empower, and Enable Tomorrow’s Manufacturers

We’re always on the look-out for new talent to join our growing team.

Talent has no age limit, and we put a lot of energy into playing our part in nurturing the next generation of manufacturers.

Since 2023, we’ve welcomed T-level students to Greyhound Box to complete their placements. The students leave with an understanding of what it’s like working in the modern-day manufacturing sector, with plenty of hands-on experience across our departments.

Meaningful Employment, Meaningful Impact

Proudly Working with The Howarth Foundation

Our partnership with The Howarth Foundation (THF) is one of our proudest assets to date.

THF provides employment opportunities for people who were once homeless, but now ready to take steps back into work.  Suitable candidates are matched with us, and we follow our standard recruitment process to spot where this person best fits into the business.

The Howarth Foundation has the power to change lives, and we’re proud to play our part. In 2024, we welcomed our first employee as part of our partnership with THF to Greyhound Box.
