Greyhound Box was created in 1991 and given the name on the idea of supplying ‘Quality at Speed’, a primary attribute of a Greyhound. And it’s the USP that we still identify with today.

First achieved in 2003, and a continuous reminder that what makes our organisation special is our people.

ISO 9001

Delivering a quality service and product is just as important as having the right systems in place that enable this.

Major Factory Upgrade

Investing in two new machines allowed us to expand our factory capability and meant we could now offer printed and diecut work.

Integrated Software Upgrade

We recognised our software at the time was not running the company as effectively as we wished. It took two years of going back-to-basics with our developers, training and working our software to run the business and drive us forward.

2016
New Machinery Investment

In 2016, we invested in a new printing machine that allows us to produce a higher quality product in a faster time.

Business Improvement Training

The whole business went through an NVQ course, which shortly after starting, became a critical driver to further improve efficiencies within the business and propel us forward. It’s allowed us to truly understand what we do and given us the knowledge we need to continue the improvements.

2017
Investors in People

We achieved the 6th Generation standard 14 years after our first achievement! We chose to pursue this standard to further connect our staff to the business, the Greyhound Box journey, and what we are trying to achieve.

Sedex
2017
Sedex

We became members of the Sedex Organisation, which has driven ethical and sustainable improvements throughout our supply chains and promotes responsible trade.

2018
ISO 9001 & 14001

We achieved the new standard to both accreditations 15 and 6 years after our first achievements, respectively.

Vehicle Investment - Greyhound Box
2018
New Vehicle Investment

We procured two new vehicles as part of our continued commitment to the protection of the environment and ISO 14001. These vehicles feature Euro-6 engines, particularly important with the introduction of the Clean Air Charging Zones in cities like Leeds.

2019
ISO 45001

We achieved this standard relating to occupational health and safety for the first time, something we take very seriously! We also use this to analyse risks from our suppliers as well as ourselves.
